Bathroom Vanity Faucet Installation $300
Install faucet + drain assembly | Shut off valves must be in good condition and working order.
2-pc Toilet Installation $300 1-pc Toilet Installation $450
New Toilet Delivery from LakeHouse + Installation | Removal + Disposal of Old Toilet
Assumes all plumbing, floor, flange and shut-off in good working order.
Kitchen Faucet Installation $250
Install faucet | Shut-off valves and countertop must be in good condition and working order.
Tub Shower Valve/Kit Replacement $825
Install shower kit (showerhead, valve, trim, tub spout), access door, renovation plate if required, labour. Assumes all plumbing in good working order and access available from the back of the existing shower.
Water Heater $1550
Includes new 40gal hot water tank + shut-off + installation | Removal + disposal of old tank.
Dishwasher Installation $400
Install new dishwasher | Disposal of old dishwasher. All plumbing must be in good condition and working order.
Outdoor Tap Replacement $250
Includes replacement of existing outdoor tap. All plumbing must be in good condition and working order.
